Where can I use the sensor?
Examples include refrigeration, storage rooms, technical rooms and greenhouses. Tell us what you want to measure and the conditions, so we can confirm a suitable configuration.
Which temperatures and materials can I measure?
The measurement range depends on the sensor and probe. For water, heating systems and industrial processes, we first confirm the range, probe and mounting. Ask us which configuration fits your application.
How quickly will I receive an alert?
The stated default measurement interval is 15 minutes. The configured delay and connection affect when an alert arrives; this is not second-by-second monitoring.
What exactly will I receive?
The kit is delivered preconfigured. The configuration and any separate probe are agreed before your enquiry is confirmed, so the contents are clear.
What happens if the sensor fails?
Replacement if faulty is part of the current offer. Contact us to receive a preconfigured replacement sensor.
How does the subscription work?
Monthly payment is on a monthly subscription. Paying three years upfront covers 36 months. Ask about the exact cancellation and delivery terms before confirming.
