Can I use this for my HACCP records?
You can view and export temperature readings as part of your records. Other checks, such as food core temperatures, are still required.
Does it work in a metal cold room?
Mobile coverage depends on the location. A separate probe can allow the sensor to stay outside the cold room. We confirm which configuration suits your application.
How quickly will I receive an alert?
The stated default measurement interval is 15 minutes. The configured delay and connection affect when an alert arrives; this is not second-by-second monitoring.
What exactly will I receive?
The kit is delivered preconfigured. The configuration and any separate probe are agreed before your enquiry is confirmed, so the contents are clear.
What happens if the sensor fails?
Replacement if faulty is part of the current offer. Contact us to receive a preconfigured replacement sensor.
How does the subscription work?
Monthly payment is on a monthly subscription. Paying three years upfront covers 36 months. Ask about the exact cancellation and delivery terms before confirming.
