Frequently asked questions
Does this sensor fit every tank?
The stated measuring distance is 0.28 to 7.5 metres. Mounting, tank shape and contents determine suitability. Foam, heavy dust or an uneven surface require assessment first.
Do I need power or Wi-Fi?
The standard sensor runs on a battery and has its own mobile connection. Sufficient mobile coverage is required at the location.
Is this suitable for rapidly rising water?
The stated default measurement interval is one hour. For rapid changes, we first need to assess whether a shorter interval and alert delay suit your application.
Can I measure groundwater in a monitoring well?
This solution measures from above using ultrasound. A monitoring well often requires a different setup. Specify this application separately; this kit is not automatically suitable.
What happens if the sensor fails?
Replacement if faulty is part of the current offer. Contact us to receive a preconfigured replacement sensor.
How does the subscription work?
Monthly payment is on a monthly subscription. Paying three years upfront covers 36 months. Ask about the exact cancellation and delivery terms before confirming.
